Sometimes when you’re young, you feel as if you don’t have a voice. You feel like no one will listen or do anything if you speak up. Well, the Never Again movement is proof that your voice matters. Your voice is powerful. Your voice can bring change – and for that reason, you should not stay silent.
Speak up for what you believe in. When you see someone being bullied or when you are being bullied, raise your voice. When you see someone who’s lonely or suffering mentally, speak up. Speak up and don’t give up until things change for the better, because they can change. They don’t have to stay the same.
What started in the U.S. with a group of survivors from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School has now spread around the world, with marches taking place in other countries. You can change the world. Your voice matters, your life matters, and you are influential.
